Ambon Part 3

My old friend Rafit came to see me. He’s my senior at Psychology school 10 years ago (ooops…now you know how young I am ^_^). He took me around. Ambon is a nice small town. We went around even for less than an hour. Then we had a nice late lunch (or early dinner????). We went to Amboina Restaurant. The seafood there is excellent. We had prawns and cuttlefish. It’s sooooo good, and cheap too (at least compared to Jakarta and bloody expensive Banda Aceh). I really suggest you to go to Amboina Restaurant if you go to Ambon, and order udang (=prawn) and cumi (=cuttlefish) bakar. They serve it with three kinds of sauces, peanut, chilly and colo-colo. The last one is sweet and sour, with vinegar, cucumber, a bit chilly and pineapple…..hmmm maybe with sugar a bit. Mix the peanut and chilly sauces, dip the prawn and cuttlefish in it then dip it in colo-colo sauce. You’ll be in heaven.
